I love this app so helpful

I enjoyed the preferences this app gave, but when it searched for apartments nothing came up. It only found the more expensive apartments, when I know there are 100s of apartments in the specific area I was looking for. Definitely better apps out there.

They make you sign up to get your "matches". Even with a very flexible set of options I got one result. Dont waste your time.

The best app ever

When I look on other apps and sites I find plenty of apartments that meet my criteria, but Apartment List cant seem to find me anything anywhere near my desired area within the few parameters Ive listed. This app is a joke.

I think Ive tried every rental app out there in my search for an apartment in the last few months. This one is the most see friendly and actually takes into consideration more than any other app!

I love everything about this app (minus the crashes). I especially love the additional feature of being able to search within a specific distance (accounting for mode of transportation and whether or not youll be traveling during high traffic times) and cross-referencing that against the price and features youre looking for.

Updated review: The new layout is so irritating. I wish it was the same as the old one. It can be helpful sure but its just not as quick and easy as the old version where you could skim through a list. Bummer. Prior review: 5-stars THE BEST Ive used all of the home finding apps and this one is the best- as far as simplicity and layout go, Ive never used a more understandable app. It makes searching so much easier and much quicker to weed through listings! Exactly how Id ideally wish a home finding would be.
