This app is very helpful as far as Zillow, rent.com, apartments.com, etc.... I love it !
I love this app. I just applied for an apartment I found using this app, and Im certain it is the right apartment for me. Its super easy to use, you plug in whats important to you and they find matches and rank them for you. But the best part is that they track the rates daily, so you can see if the prices are going up or down. You can also plug in your work address to automatically calculate the commute from any apartment.
The only downside is that not all of the apartments in your area will be on the app.

Awesome app. It tells you everything you need to know and is really simple to use. For it being my first time looking at apartments, this really makes things easier.
They thought of everything with this app! I am moving to a new area and I like the feature that helps you assess distance from your job. I used to work in the apartment leasing industry and this is like having your own leasing agent right in front of you, the app asks all the right questions!!!
This is a great app. It Funtime smoothly and looks amazing. Very easy to find some nice apartments.
Some bad moments
wont let you use it unless you give name and phone number or connect with facebook.
Only problem is it doesnt allow you to expand your search in your area I get way better results on every other app

I couldnt say. The review system here is so crappy that Ive had to complete the review for times only to find some problem with my nickname that makes me start all over again.
As for this app…
I like a good start up wizard as much as the next guy but this app not only doesnt give you a choice it never seems to get out of the wizard. From the very beginning, I was prompted for an endless series of questions about my move. Honestly, I couldnt say whether or not it was truly endless because after the 10th question, I gave up, closed the app, and found a different one.
I liked the layout and UI of the app so I tried it and after 2 days Ive asked them to delete my information and account. I got emails and phone calls from the different apts. If youre looking for an apt just use Zillow or the other ones where you dont have to sign up and give them all of your info. Dont use this one.
I really like the notifications especially when I receive one about a property lowering its rent. Also it makes searching for an apartment much easier.
I am relocating to another city and looking for an apartment. Without knowing the neighborhood s and traffics, this app saved me great amount of time while looking for the apartment that fits my needs. Its shortlist indeed narrowed the options to a manageable amount.
